Chinese New Year Box

The Chinese Lunar New Year is a celebration of Spring,

it usually starts in late January or beginning of February in

the American calendar. The celebration lasts for fifteen

days. During this Spring festival, every family eats "nian guo,"

a glutinuous rice cake that is sweet, soft and savory. "Nian

Gao," represents growth, prosperity and good luck, it is a

must-have sweets, and gift given to family and friends

during the Lunar New Year. create this branding for the

sweet "Nian Gao" as a popular gift-giving to promote

Chinese's culture and tradition.

Shaka

This is the Shaka Logo to represent Hawaii's culture. The symbol

shaka means Hang-Loose in Hawaii. I use the color yellow and

light green give it's contrast. The light green pops out from the

logo. Also, I use the word Shaka to have the warp effect.
